• In one of the rare case if the work found to be unacceptable we are willing to rework till you are satisfied with the work. Yet, the writing work is subjective as what looks good to one person may not look good to other. Hence, no refund is possible.

• Rates/Quotes are given on an individual basis. If you accept a quote, the price for that work is fixed. We reserve the right to quote different prices for the services provide by us.
